7/22/03 - Presenting Captain Overreact's fabulous weekend of rock, August 2nd and 3rd.  Two back to back shows, the first here in Lawrence at the the Ramada Inn with Vibralux and the Stretchmarxxx.  Then on Sunday at the Hurricane in Kansas City with Kicking Howard.  We know you've been missing it so now come and get it.  Twice.  Check the shows page for details.

7/9/03 - If no news is good news then the last couple of ilnths have been great.  But really, how do you top the release of our debut EP?  Perhaps with a review of it.  Click here to visit lawrencerock.com and read the review of 2 X Faster that is posted there.  In other Overreact news, the members are trying to regroup after being spread to the four corners of the world (or the four corners of north-eastern Kansas).  But have no fear as they will soon all be residing together in a den of rock and roll creativity and harilny.  New shows and new songs can be expected starting in August so keeping checking back for updates.  In the meantime buy another copy of our cd,  it's even better the second time.
